Experience: 3-7 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development roles, with a
strong background in CRM implementation and support
Knowledge: Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules, functionalities, and
customization & integration capabilities
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to
interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a
related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 certifications) are preferred
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience in customization and extension of Dynamics 365 CRM - client side
customization using java scripts, web resources etc, server side customization using C#
& .Net assemblies
Java scripting frameworks like Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, JQuery, CSS, HTML 5,
AJAX
Developing REST APIs Integration experience with external systems through REST
APIs. Both with and without middleware.
Server administration and Deployment for MSCRM application
Working knowledge of source control tools like GIT, VSS etc.
Working knowledge of Power apps, Power pages, Power Automate, PowerBI preferred
Data migration experience either through a tool or through MS Dynamics feature.
Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Application servers, Database Services,
Service Bus)
