Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze existing banking processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support project planning, UAT, and change management activities.
• Coordinate with developers, testers, and architects to ensure requirements are well-understood and implemented.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements relevant to the banking sector.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking/financial services domain.
• Strong understanding of banking operations (e.g., lending, payments, compliance, risk).
• Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
