Domestic Customer Support Executive(Voice Process)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Domestic Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support services to clients within the domestic market. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.



Roles &Responsibilities:



• Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products or services.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  
  

Eligibility:

> Immediate Joiners Only.
> Freshers/Experienced.
> Candidates who are in Bangalore are only preferred!!!!
> Only Graduates
> Flexible to work from Office
>English+ Hindi/ English +Any south Indian Language Needed.
>Min 3years of experience in Inside Sales/Fresher
