As part of our growth, we are collaborating with vendor partners to ensure successful product realization. To support this initiative, we are establishing a technical enablement team that will guide vendors, align on requirements, and ensure smooth adoption of our RF sensing technologies.
Role Overview
We are seeking an Advanced RF Sensing Technology Enablement Engineer to act as a technical liaison between our internal teams and external vendors. The role involves applying knowledge of RF sensing technologies and industry practices to support vendors in integrating and deploying our IP effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with RF engineering concepts, antennas, digital signal processing, and supporting infrastructure such as servers and test environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical point of contact for vendor partners, ensuring alignment on requirements and specifications.
- Provide guidance on RF sensing technologies and industry best practices, helping vendors adopt and integrate solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with internal RD experts to address vendor queries and resolve integration challenges.
- Support vendors in reviewing system setup, testing approaches, and validation outcomes.
- Ensure accurate documentation, technical specifications, and process guidelines are shared with vendor teams.
- Track vendor enablement progress, highlight risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate smooth communication and knowledge transfer between internal experts and vendor engineers.
- Proven experience in RF sensing technologies, with knowledge of antenna systems, RF engineering concepts, and digital signal processing.
- Strong understanding of industry processes for technology enablement and vendor collaboration.
- Familiarity with hardware/software integration and compute environments (e.g., servers) for sensing data processing.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical vendor guidance.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and vendor engineers.
- Master s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- Experience with system validation or vendor technical support.
- Knowledge of technical documentation and training delivery.
- Exposure to vendor management or partnership models in high-tech industries.
