Territory Manager @ Airtel

Job Description

Role Purpose:
Responsible for customer installation, fault repair, and service delivery within the assigned territory while meeting SLAs and improving process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle installation & fault repair requests within timelines.
  
• Reduce repeat/reopen cases and meet KPI targets.
  
• Coordinate with LCOs and internal teams for faster resolutions.
  
• Monitor field associate performance and prepare reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
  

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably B.Tech)
  
• 3+ years of experience in network/service operations
