Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions for atleast any 2 of the below products. o Genesys PureCloud, o MS Teams Phone System o Unify OpenScape platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of telephony systems, VoIP protocols, and contact center operations. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Certification in Genesys PureCloud administration or equivalent is highly desirable.
