Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions in the Apparel & Fashion industry across PAN India. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, sourcing skills, and the ability to close positions across functions like Merchandising, Design, Production, Quality, Sales, and Retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for PAN India locations within the apparel & textile domain.
- Source profiles through job portals, social media, headhunting, and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Manage bulk hiring for retail and store-level positions and mid to senior-level hiring for head office and manufacturing units.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and salary negotiations.
- Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in recruiting for Apparel, Fashion, or Textile industries
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to handle PAN India hiring
- Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
- Experience with bulk/store-level retail hiring is a plus
- Understanding of the garment manufacturing lifecycle is an advantage
