We're Hiring: SAP CO Consultant S/4 HANA CO-MM
Location: Bengaluru (Whitefield)
Experience: 8 to 15 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Position Type: Contract to Hire (Long-Term Engagement)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4 HANA CO Consultant with deep expertise in Inventory Accounting, Product Costing, and CO-MM Integration to join our team for a long-term support and implementation project.
This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals passionate about driving innovation in SAP Controlling processes and cross-functional integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead E2E S/4 HANA implementations involving General Controlling, Product Costing, and CO-PA.
- Configure key CO modules: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders.
- Drive CO-MM integration, especially for Material Ledger and Inventory Accounting.
- Implement Make to Order (MTO) and Make to Stock (MTS) process design and deployment.
- Configure Material Ledger for multi-currency valuation and actual costing.
- Perform real-time consolidation across business units for Intercompany transactions (COGS, revenue elimination).
- Collaborate on Blueprinting, WRICEF development, and Functional Specifications.
- Execute CO month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Provide support for cross-module integration with SD, MM, and PP.
- Work with interfaces: IDOCs, ALE, Proxies, EDI, RFC.
- Support SAP MM configuration including master data, purchasing, batch management, and inventory.
- Handle migration cockpit activities and ensure seamless data transfers.
Must-Have Skills:
S/4 HANA CO expertise
Strong knowledge in CO-PA, CO-PC, CCA, PCA, IO
Extensive Material Ledger and Inventory Accounting experience
Proven experience in WRICEF and interface development
Solid understanding of SAP MM processes and integration
Strong business process knowledge in manufacturing, costing, and finance domains
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Familiar with ITSM tools and processes (incident, change, and problem management)
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Independent, self-motivated, and proactive
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
- Open to working in shift-based support models, if required
