Job Description
Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Tirunelveli and Tenkasi
Duration: 36 months
Reporting To: HR Manager / D&I Lead

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and passionate Diversity & Inclusion Intern to support initiatives that promote equity, diversity, and inclusivity within the organization. The intern will assist the HR and D&I teams in executing programs, tracking metrics, and creating awareness across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing D&I initiatives, workshops, and events.
- Support the development and communication of D&I programs and policies.
- Help track diversity metrics, prepare reports, and analyze trends.
- Conduct research on best practices in workplace diversity and inclusion.
- Support employee engagement initiatives that promote an inclusive culture.
- Assist in internal communication campaigns to raise D&I awareness.
- Help in building partnerships with external organizations or networks related to diversity.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Strong interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data and reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
