Job Description
Our Client a reputed packaging and manufacturing needs -
Post : Executive - HR & IR
Location : Virar East
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : Minimum 1 year in Engineering / Manufacturing unit
Salary : 6 LPA. No constraint - depending on expertise and skills
Job Profile
- Performance management of all factory employees and conducting job analysis.
- Management of Compensation and Benefits / salary and wages for all employees.
- Ensuring safety concerns and all safety programs are followed within the unit and well as ensuring healthy working conditions.
- Industrial Relations -Compliance needs are monitored on a monthly basis and take corrective actions on the report.
- Thoroughly check with the compliance of Labour laws with industry standards
- Manage all HR practices followed within the factory of our organization.
- Facilitate with the employees and the company to ensure smooth functioning especially, involving a high degree of industrial relations.
- Liaising skillfully with concerned Government Departments.
- Well conversant with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and their IMS.
- Collective bargaining and negotiating skills employed especially at wage settlements and/or situations that arrives time to time.
- Recruiting and selection abilities for various factory department needs.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly Organized and Detail Oriented.
