Profile- HR Officer

Education Qualification- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/IR, MSW

Experience- Only Fresher

Age- Max 24 Years

Job Location- Raipur,Jabalpur, Bilaspur

(Candidate should be ready to relocate anywhere in MP and CG)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage attendance, leave, payroll processing, and statutory compliance for employees.
Handle employee grievances and engagement activities to maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure timely completion of HR generalist activities such as recruitment, on boarding, and off boarding processes.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee-related issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure compliance.
