Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year previous experience as a Manager in Training Department for Process training, corporate training specialist, or related positionYour roles and responsibilities include:
Develop a schedule to assess training needs
Conduct training through new materials
Managing trainers and the training sessions
Track and compile collected data
Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
Communicate training needs and online resources
Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials, Test and review created materials
Maintain a database of all training materials
Review employee performance and learning
Candidates with prior Training Experience in voice or chat handling process would be preferred.Work Location: Mumbai
