Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Recruiter Bulk Hiring (BPO) to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in volume hiring for voice/non-voice BPO processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for BPO voice & non-voice processes (inbound/outbound).
- Manage walk-ins, job fairs, and telephonic hiring for bulk recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and database.
- Conduct initial screening (telephonic/face-to-face) and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and selection.
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in bulk hiring for BPO or similar domains
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve recruitment targets.
- Must be comfortable with fast-paced hiring environment.
