Job Description
We are the leading industrial group in Chennai, venturing into pharmaceutical business field. We are initially planning to produce sanitizers and eventually planning to produce disinfectant wipes and other alcohol based medical products.- Should have good experience in the pharma industry and should leverage their experience to give good sales performance for our products.
- Should have good contacts in the pharmaceutical industry and must be able to leverage the contacts to increase the sales and distribution of our products.
- Come up with good marketing strategy for our product line
- Should be able to work with a team and command a team.
- Should have a good knowledge about supply chain and inventory management.
- Should be able to present his/her ideas and strategies in a presentation format to the top management.
- Should have a good knowledge about pharmaceutical and medical industry.
Required Candidate profile
We are looking for candidates who:Should handle the operations and distributions of our sanitizer product line.
Should have good contacts with pharmaceutical and healthcare industry vendors.
Should Increase the sales of our products and should have good pharma marketing skills.
Should have necessary presentation skills to present his/her ideas before the management.
Should be able to oversee the supply chain of our health care product.
Should be efficient and effective in handling the distribution of our product.
Should be able to strategise and create go to market strategy for our product.
Should have 10 to 15 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Should have good communication (verbal and written), critical thinking and analytical skills.
Should be able to manage subordinates under him/her.
Should have good team work and leadership and mentor skills to guide team.
Should have good computer knowledge(MS Word, Excel, Power-point) and healthcare software tools.
