Job Description
IntouchCX Global Marketing Team is looking for a data-driven, hands-on SEO Manager to lead our organic growth initiatives. This role is part of the Demand Generation team and will own the organic search strategy across campaigns, landing pages, and web properties, driving visibility, pipeline growth, and conversions for B2B SaaS audiences in North America.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and support demand generation campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for B2B SaaS markets in North America
- Own technical SEO performance including site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and indexation
- Optimize landing pages, solution pages, and blog content for improved visibility and conversion
- Build and maintain SEO content frameworks aligned with campaign messaging
- Collaborate with Brand & Communications, Web Development, and Sales teams
- Monitor and analyze organic search performance using tools like Google Search Console, SpyFu, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
- Ensure SEO compliance, standardization, and consistency across web properties
- Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools
- Contribute to long-term SEO and content roadmap planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in SEO for B2B organizations (SaaS/Tech preferred)
- Strong expertise in technical SEO including audits, schema markup, and performance optimization
- Good understanding of content strategy, on-page optimization, and user intent mapping
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, SpyFu, Ahrefs, and HubSpot
- Ability to analyze SEO data and translate insights into business impact
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with ABM programs and long sales-cycle environments
- Knowledge of international SEO and North American market behavior
- Experience with programmatic SEO, content automation, and AI-driven SEO tools
- Understanding of CRO and its role in demand generation
