Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Talent Sourcer/Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for talent acquisition to grow their career in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Recruitment: Support talent sourcing for entry-level roles and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Administrative & Coordination: Provide administrative and project support to the recruitment team. This includes coordinating interviews with hiring managers and conducting work history checks for candidates.
• Candidate Management: Manage our pool of "silver medalist" candidates and assist with candidate and hiring manager communication.
• Recruitment Operations: Support recruitment team with job audits and updates to our job posting library.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 0-1+ years of related experience in HR, with an internship or minimal professional experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Education: An undergraduate degree in a Human Resources-related field.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
• Work Arrangement: This role requires onsite presence 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
