Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to work extra days and weekends, as required to meet hiring deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality profiles
- Be flexible to work additional days and weekends based on business requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in sourcing from Naukri and other job portals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Strong time management and follow-up skills
Qualifications:
- Any graduate
Preferred:
- Experience in Non-IT / Volume Hiring
- Immediate or short notice period candidates preferred
