Job Description:
We are seeking a Deputy General Manager Service Line with extensive experience in IPDRG coding specialty to lead operations, ensure delivery excellence, and drive business growth. The role requires a strategic leader with strong client relationship management, team development, and financial oversight skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand service line operations, focusing on efficiency, growth, and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; handle escalations effectively.
- Oversee operational KPIs, productivity, and cost management.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability metrics.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contractual agreements.
- Identify opportunities for service innovation and process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Masters degree or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 15 years experience in operations or service line management.
- Experience in IPDRG coding specialty is mandatory.
- Proven leadership, client handling, and financial management skills.
