Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Measure project performance and report regularly to stakeholders.
- Conduct risk management to minimize potential risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare MOMs, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through clear and timely communication.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (5-8 years) as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Zoho).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through completion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
