Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Define learning objectives and develop course outlines.
- Review and validate video scripts, ensuring technical accuracy.
- Provide demos/screencasts demonstrating hospitality software/systems.
- Review readings and ensure industry accuracy.
- Review and edit quizzes & assessments (510 questions each).
- Validate all content, fill knowledge gaps, and incorporate
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 47 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong expertise in front desk operations, registration systems, and scheduling/rostering.
- Hands-on familiarity with hospitality software and scheduling tools.
- Ability to translate domain knowledge into engaging learning content.
- Prior content development/eLearning experience preferred.
