Job Description

Mission

To own the P&L and drive the structural profitability of Myntra's House of Brands (HOB) portfolio. This strategic role is responsible for developing a competitive moat by driving growth, implementing ROI-driven spends, and executing ruthless cost and efficiency measures in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • P&L and Strategy:
    • Own and deliver the HOB Annual Operating Plan (AOP), revenue goals, and EBITDA targets.
    • Develop and execute the portfolio strategy: Build, Buy, Revive, or Retire brands to maximize profitability.
    • Establish and manage Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Category teams.
  • Pricing & Revenue Management:
    • Design and manage the end-to-end pricing strategy, establishing competitive price ladders for BAU and events.
    • Work with the Revenue team on weekly pricing management and event planning to achieve revenue goals.
    • Identify and secure funding avenues for brand growth (platform, vendor, efficiency).
  • Cost & Efficiency:
    • Drive value engineering initiatives with Sourcing and Design teams to improve pricing efficiency.
    • Identify and implement HOB-centric efficiencies across the supply chain, buying, and sourcing processes.
    • Manage all EBITDA-level costs, including fixed marketing, SG&A, and payroll.
  • Inventory & Operations:
    • Establish and enforce the optimal inventory mix (new, old, core, fashion) to ensure inventory health and hold teams accountable.
  • Brand & Marketing:
    • Manage the HOB marketing budget, ensuring performance and ROI align with business goals.
    • Partner with Marketing to build HOB "labels" into established "brands," measuring brand health and building new demand levers.
    • Lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new brand launches and seasonal collections.
