Graduate Trainee - TA @ Iris Software

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying and hiring top talent. This role offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and resume screening to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees. Will be work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating job postings and distributing them across various platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings of candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/ B.Sc/BCA 2024 pass out and MBA is preferred.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
