Shift: 247 Rotational (including nights/weekends)

We are seeking an experienced NOC Engineer (Command Center) to join our IT operations team. This role is crucial for maintaining the availability, performance, and reliability of critical infrastructure including Network devices, Linux servers, Windows systems, storage platforms, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in infrastructure monitoring and initial incident triage across a large-scale enterprise setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Continuously monitor infrastructure alerts using tools such as LogicMonitor, PRTG, MRTG, Grafana, SolarWinds, or equivalent.
Address and troubleshoot L1 escalations, perform initial diagnostics, and document findings.

Respond to and resolve common issues such as:
Network: latency, packet loss, device down, wireless failures (CISCO, PAN)
Linux: host down, filesystem errors, service failures (across 8000+ Linux servers)
Windows: system-level issues and availability (across 1000+ machines)
Storage: capacity monitoring, availability checks (NetApp & Pure)

Coordinate with internal teams and escalate to L2/L3 based on severity and SOPs.
Log and manage incidents using ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA.
Participate in bridge calls for P1 incidents, ensuring timely updates and support coordination.
Maintain comprehensive documentation: SOPs, troubleshooting guides, incident logs, and shift handovers.

Experience Level:
24 years of experience in a NOC/Command Center or L1 sysadmin/support role
Strong exposure to enterprise-level infrastructure monitoring
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and working in 24x7 environments
