Job Description

Telesales executive

(Product - insurance , credit card , loans etc )

Roles and responsibilities:

Sell IDFC financial products(eg- loans, credit cards, insurance . investments) to new and existing customers via inbound/outbound calls.

Handle customer inquiries, provide product information and address concerns.

Meet or exceed monthly targets.

Build relationships with customers to ensure long term business.

Update customer records and databases.

Identify and upsell/cross sell opportunities.

Inbound outbound calls + mail + chats .

Graduation mandatory
Location - Thane west , Juinagar .

6 days working
18K in hand - for freshers
22k in hand - for experience
Salary is negotiable if the candidate has proper experience in the insurance sector.
Age limit is maximum 32 years.
