Job Description
- Strong in excel/google sheets and number crunching skills to handle the business problem
- Self starter, street smart, solution-oriented with effective problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relation building skills
- Revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day-to-day yield operations
- Maintain and own pricing for the assigned portfolio and Pro-actively identify analyze peak days and shoulder days taking into consideration past performance as well as new industry trends
- Analyse business opportunities from a net profit standpoint and make the appropriate business decisions e.g. comparing the wedding business with a business meeting with rooms
- Oversee the management of Group Block activity. Ensure that group cut-off dates, rooming lists, and group block activity are being well manage
- Work in liaison with Business leaders, Sales Channels, and Operations as a team to maintain rates and inventory
