The company is looking for potential candidates who possess: - Passion for Real Estate - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Go-getter attitude with a proactive approach - Willingness to learn and adapt - Professional demeanor with ethical behavior - High energy levels and agility - Ambition for personal growth, team success, and organizational progress Position: Assistant Manager-Procurement (MEP) Location: Noida Experience: - Graduate Civil Engineer: 4+ years - Diploma Civil Engineer: 7+ years Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement and contracts for multi-storied residential real estate projects. Experience with Class A contractors, chartered engineering firms, and onsite project exposure is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: - Develop procurement schedules and vendor databases for contractors and suppliers. - Draft RFQs/RFPs and review purchase requisitions. - Conduct estimation, rate analysis, value engineering, and market benchmarking. - Manage vendor prequalification and bid processes, including technical and commercial evaluations. - Issue purchase/work orders and draft contract agreements, including GCC, SCC, and addendums. - Oversee bank guarantees, insurance, and import material processes. - Handle GST, TDS/TCS, credit/debit notes, and variation claims. - Generate MIS reports and ensure contract closure. Key Skills Required: Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP systems like SAP/ARIBA/FARVISION.,
