Job Description

    Role Overview: You will be working as an Assistant Manager in the Order to Cash domain at Genpact. Your role will involve handling various activities related to O2C, interacting with clients, managing collections and dispute resolution, and implementing strategies to improve processes. You will be expected to work under strict deadlines and in a high-pressure business environment while collaborating effectively with your team members. Key Responsibilities: - Validate Purchase Order (PO) requests for billing purposes - Interact with clients to gather feedback and provide support as needed - Manage Order to Cash processes including collections and dispute management - Communicate with end customers via calls and emails to collect overdue amounts - Meet collections targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis - Build and maintain relationships with customers and Country/Regional Financial Directors through various communication channels - Lead and participate in conference calls with Financial Managers at the country/regional level - Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation of Lean and Six Sigma projects Qualifications Required: Minimum qualifications: - Graduation in B.Com (MBA in Finance preferred) - Relevant experience in Order to Cash processes Preferred qualifications: - Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel Additional Details: Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm with a workforce of over 125,000 people across 30+ countries.
