Mahendra Next Wealth Hiring For Senior Systems Engineer - Compute & Os Management

Designation : Senior Systems Engineer - Compute & Os Management

Experience: 6+years

Location: Chennai

Notice Period: Upto 60 Days

Skills Needed:

Primary Responsibilities:

- Operating systems management (Linux and Windows)

- VM provisioning and lifecycle management

- System hardening and security baseline implementation

- Patch management and vulnerability remediation

- System monitoring and performance optimization

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Network configuration at OS level

- User and access management

- Backup and recovery operations

- Application support coordination

- Container infrastructure (if required)

Required Skills:

- 6+ years in systems administration across multiple platforms

- Expert-level Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux) administration

- Strong Windows Server and Active Directory management

- Advanced system monitoring and log analysis

- Proven experience with virtualization and cloud compute

- Solid understanding of security hardening and compliance

Must-Have Skills:

- AWS Systems Manager and related tools

- Scripting and automation capabilities

- Container technologies (Docker, basic Kubernetes)

Critical Success Factors:

- Ability to rapidly deploy and configure systems at scale

- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple OS platforms

- Experience with telco-grade system reliability requirements
