Business Development Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department, Performing bidding on multiple freelancing platforms and other portals like Upwork, Guru, etc
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term association with the organization, Identifying new lead opportunities, developing sales goals for the team, and ensuring timely achievement, Suggesting service upgrades or add-ons that may be of interest to clients, Crafting business proposals and contracts to generate more revenue, Working closely with senior team members to identify and mitigate business risks, Fostering a collaborative and growth-driven work environment within the organization, Preparing and delivering impactful sales pitches to potential clients, Identifying business challenges and market trends, and exploring opportunities to generate business, Reviewing client feedback and implementing necessary improvements, Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate must have pursued / be pursuing a degree in BBA, MBA, PGDM, BCA, BE, MCA, MBDA, or any other relevant qualification, Must possess sound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email correspondence, Should have knowledge and experience with online bidding portals, Must be innovative and proactive in discovering new avenues for business growth, Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, Strong interpersonal, analytical, and result-oriented skills will be highly valued,
