Role & responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.


Sourcing & Outreach: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.


Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews, evaluate candidates qualifications, and provide assessments and recommendations for potential hires.


Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.


Preferred candidate profile:

Education: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).


Experience: 0 - 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment,


Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Technical: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS, with advanced skills in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
