About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and provides an opportunity to learn about sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates from job portals, LinkedIn and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
Support in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs on various platforms
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and follow-ups
Assist in onboarding documentation and pre-joining formalities
Maintain candidate databases and HR MISRole & responsibilities
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
