Job Description

-Troubleshoot & resolve issues with firewalls, PBX systems, software, and hardware
-Provide technical support to end-users and ensure system stability
-Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware

Required Candidate profile

-Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
-Work in rotational shifts as per schedule
