Sr. Network Specialist (g6) - Sdwan | Tcp/ip @ Virtual Tech Gurus

Job Description

10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale WAN, LAN, and WLAN networks, with advanced expertise in Cisco and Versa SD-WAN solutions. Strong background in routing, switching, and cloud networking, aligned with enterprise-grade infrastructure needs.

Key strengths include:

• Advanced knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN (mandatory) and Versa Secure SD-WAN.
  
• Strong in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IPsec, VxLAN, QoS, and GRE.
  
• Skilled in WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, WLAN, NGFW, and SD-LAN deployments.
  
• Working knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) including ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, and multi-cloud connectivity via Equinix and Megaport.
  
• Understanding of SASE, Cisco Umbrella, Versa Secure Access, NFV, DHCP, DNS, IPAM (e.g., Infoblox), WAF, CDN, DDoS (e.g., Zscaler, Akamai).
  
• Hands-on with tools like ThousandEyes, CyberArk, Spectrum, SevOne, MS Entra ID.
  
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
  

Certifications:

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Required
  
• Versa Certified SD-WAN Associate/Specialist Preferred
