Apptad is looking for aAVP, Change Management Profile. It is a long-term job opportunity with us.
We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 9 years of experience to fill the role of AVP, Change Management in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management and excellent leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on change management best practices.
- Analyze and report on change management metrics to optimize process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to change management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in change management with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with change management tools and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
