Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and influential Global Change & Project Manager to support the international rollout of strategic IT projects and transformation programs. This role will work closely with the Head of Project Portfolio & Transformation and play a critical role in strengthening project governance, driving change, and ensuring successful global delivery across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support global IT projects and programs across international teams
- Drive change management activities and identify change impacts across regions
- Support the PMO function, including project governance, assurance, and compliance
- Review and analyse project proposals to ensure strategic alignment and strong ROI
- Champion the project delivery framework and coach project managers and sponsors
- Design and deliver training materials to build capability within the Global IT team
- Develop and publish project communications to enable knowledge sharing
- Maintain accurate, timely project reporting and dashboards for senior management
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders in a matrix organization
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Project Management within IT and business transformation projects
- Strong exposure to project governance, assurance, and PMO processes
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate confidently with senior leadership
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- Excellent administrative and organizational capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite), especially Google Sheets
Preferred / Good to Have
- PRINCE2 certification or training
- Experience with Smartsheets or similar project management tools
