Senior Developer - Azure OpenAI @ Apptad

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our team and lead the development efforts for Azure OpenAI projects This role involves leveraging the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and cloud technologies to build innovative solutions that drive business value As a Senior Developer you will play a pivotal role in designing developing and deploying AI models and advanced applications on the Azure platform

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI Development Take charge of the endtoend development lifecycle of AI solutions from conceptualization and design to implementation and deployment

Azure Integration Utilize Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning Azure Cognitive Services and Azure OpenAI to create robust and scalable AI applications

Collaboration Work closely with crossfunctional teams including data scientists product managers and other developers to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems

Code Quality and Best Practices Maintain high standards for code quality testing and documentation Implement best practices for AI model development and deployment

Innovation Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies Propose and implement innovative solutions to address business challenges

Conduct detailed analysis of model performance and make recommendations for improvements

Mentorship Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Qualifications

Education - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning development with a focus on cloudbased solutions Experience with Azure is highly desirable

Technical Skills Proficiency in programming languages such as Python reactjs and nodejs nextjs with experience in developing and deploying the AI solutions

Azure Expertise Handson experience with Azure services including Azure Machine Learning Azure Cognitive Services Azure OpenAI and Azure DevOps

Proficiency with OpenAI models and frameworks eg GPT3 GPT4 Codex

Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI practices

Use Prompt engineering techniques to leverage the best LLM models

Experience with Azure pipelines and automated deployment process

ProblemSolving Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions

Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Team Player Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience in leading and mentoring team members is a plus

Certifications in Azure and AIrelated fields
