Job Description
We have a job opening for a Windows and Linux Administrator in the Mumbai location.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Server Security Administrator manages and maintains the security of the server infrastructure of ITS-Switzerland.
Vulnerability Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities in servers and applications.
Security Policy Implementation and Enforcement: Establishing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and standards for server and network access.
Incident Response: Monitoring server activity for suspicious behavior, detecting security breaches, and responding to incidents in a timely and effective manner
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of server operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security technologies.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze security incidents, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate security risks and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience: Proven experience in server administration, network security, and incident response.
