Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and help us source, attract, and hire top-tier technical talent. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technical roles and skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.
- Write and post effective job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
- Source and engage passive candidates using sourcing tools, databases, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles (e.g., software engineers, DevOps, data scientists) and the ability to speak confidently with tech candidates.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Job portals, Boolean search, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
