Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager Talent Acquisition
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Mumbai SakiNaka
Industry: BPO / Contact Center
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end bulk hiring for sales roles in voice process

Partner with business stakeholders to plan and execute hiring strategies

Source candidates via portals, walk-ins, referrals, and vendors

Drive high-volume recruitment drives and ensure quick TAT

Ensure quality hiring aligned with sales performance requirements

Maintain recruitment dashboards and reporting

Lead a team of recruiters (for Manager role)

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in sales hiring for BPO/voice processes

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Hands-on experience with bulk recruitment, sourcing tools & hiring analytics

Exposure to ATS/HRMS tools preferred

Team handling experience is a plus
