Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure seamless workflow and productivity across teams.
  • Handle meeting schedules, calendar management, and coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Maintain and organize company records, legal documents, and filing systems in line with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize administrative processes and internal coordination.
  • Manage office logistics, including facility maintenance, procurement of supplies, and service support.
  • Lead vendor management from onboarding and negotiation to contract administration and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements through regular audits and documentation.
  • Prepare and present reports, MIS dashboards, and summaries to support strategic decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of compliance and legal documentation is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
