Job Description
Review of Non IT Items/Services which can be procurred Centrally
Sourcing & Floating Enquiries to the Suppliers
Negotiations for the Best Possible Price & Better Payment Terms
Finalization of Rate Contracts, Agreements & Renewal of Agreements
Completion of all Formalities wrt to New Supplier Registeration & Empanelment of the same on Finance Portal for any
New Centralized Supplier
Conducting Review Meetings with Suppliers & Sharing Performance Feedback with Management as well as with the
Suppliers for any required improvisations to be Done
Co-ordinating with Regional Teams & with Central Suppliers with regards to issues related to Deliveries,Commercial
Documentations & Outstandings
Monitoring of Supplier Payments frequently by maintaining Monthly Outstanding Statements.
Frequent co-ordination with all Regional Teams & to intervene wherever necessary to resolve Delivery & Service issues
faced from Central Vendors.
Monitoring & Follow-up to be done with Regional Admin teams for PAN India Agreements Renewal
Follow-up with Regional Admin for Quarterly Cost Savings done & updating the same in Cost Savings Database
Maintaining the database for Approved Interior BOQ & Rates of all States
Updating the database having P.O Details pertaining to Central Suppliers in co-ordination with Regional Admin teams
Coordination with the Central Vendor & Regional Admin Teams for activation of Maker and Checker roles on the Online
Reviewing & Assisting in updation of Admin SOP
Reviewing Risk Register & Updating to ERM Team
Preparation and maintenance of required documentation for ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS)
audit certification

Participation in Internal & External Audits


Minimum Qualifications and Experience
MBA or Graduate with a minimum of 3-4 years experience in Non IT procurement
Required Expertise
Advanced computer skills on MS office
Proven Knowledge of Non IT procurment, Purchase processes, standards, laws and regulations
Experience in tendering, audit, Forward and reverse bidding
Good negotiation skills
Ability to direct, coordinate and supervise
Hands on experience in SAP/Oracle preferred
