Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment across domains like Digital, Mechanical, and Embedded Systems.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen and evaluate technical profiles for niche roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Drive timely closures and maintain recruitment metrics.
Conduct interviews and manage candidate experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
Support onboarding and post-offer engagement.
