Job Description

Job Title: Offshore CDP Analyst (Remote)
Location: Remote (Offshore)
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Reports To: Onshore Manager

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Customer Data Platform (CDP) Analyst to manage data ingestion, integration, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation for marketing, sales, and analytics. This is a remote offshore role supporting global business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Ingest and validate data from CRM, marketing, analytics, and offline systems
Perform data quality checks and maintain governance compliance
Configure identity resolution to unify customer profiles
Build and manage audience segments for downstream platforms
Develop and maintain data workflows (Digdag, YAML)
Troubleshoot API integrations and data pipelines
Run SQL queries for validation and reporting
Document processes and collaborate with onshore teams to meet SLAs

Key Skills (SEO Keywords)

CDP tools: Treasure Data, Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium, Salesforce Data Cloud
Strong SQL skills (Presto, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
API management and scripting (Python, JavaScript)
Data governance & privacy compliance
Familiarity with Salesforce, ESP, Adobe Campaign, Google Analytics

Preferred:

Adobe Experience Platform / Tealium Audience Stream / Salesforce Data Cloud experience
ETL tools & marketing activation APIs
Campaign orchestration & personalization workflows
