Business Analyst @ Quinnox

Job Description

***We are seeking an immediate joiner for the position of Business Analyst at our Bangalore office***

Job Overview :

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and define requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clarity of requirements.
• Support the creation of solution designs and system enhancements aligned with business objectives.
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning, test case preparation, and validation.
• Track requirements through the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and management reviews.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives, quality standards, and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering techniques and business process analysis.
• Experience in documentation tools, process flow diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
