Opening for Quality Analyst - Payment Posting

We are looking for a experienced Quality Analyst - Payment Posting Specialist to join our medical billing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in medical billing with a strong focus on Quality Analyst/AR Analyst/payment posting

Quality Analyst(Day shift):

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits of payment posting transactions.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations.
• Monitor team performance metrics such as accuracy, productivity, and adherence to policies.
• Prepare quality analysis reports and present findings to leads.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members based on audit findings.
• Collaborate with training and operations teams to implement process improvements.
• Ensure timely documentation and tracking of errors and corrective actions.
• Participate in calibration sessions to align quality standards across teams.

Payment Posting(Day shift):

Key Responsibilities:

• Payment Posting: Accurately post payments from insurance companies and patients into the billing system.
• Charge Entry: Input charges for medical services and procedures, ensuring accuracy and proper coding.
• Claims Processing: Verify and process claims, ensuring compliance with insurance and billing guidelines.
• Reconciliation: Balance daily payment batches, addressing discrepancies promptly.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate patient billing records, including demographics, insurance details, and payment histories.
• Reporting: Generate reports on payment posting and charge entry to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5years of Payment posting experience.
• Proficiency with billing software and EHR systems.
