Job Description:
GSK Solutions is hiring passionate and motivated US Healthcare Recruiters with 14 years of experience in recruiting healthcare professionals for US clients. This is an exciting opportunity for recruiters who are looking to grow with a dynamic, fast-paced staffing company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals (RN, LPN, CNA, Therapists, etc.) for contract and full-time roles in the US.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), internal databases, and social media to identify candidates.
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates suitability, availability, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure high retention and redeployment rates.
Key Skills Required:
- 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare roles and compliance requirements.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with job boards and recruiting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
