Job Description

As a Technical Trainer at Sagitec Solutions, you will be responsible for training internal staff and clients on Sagitecs proprietary low-code/no-code platforms and mainstream technologies like C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL, JavaScript, and jQuery. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical expertise and a passion for teaching, enabling others, and continuously improving training practices. You will play a critical role in developing training plans, preparing course materials, evaluating progress, and supporting organizational growth through technical upskilling.

What You ll Be Doing:

Conduct regular training sessions for internal teams and external clients on a wide range of technologies including Sagitecs no-code/low-code platforms, C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Develop structured training plans in collaboration with project delivery teams.
Create and maintain training materials and learning paths tailored to Sagitecs products and technologies.
Evaluate and monitor employee progress through periodic assessments.
Provide regular and ad-hoc training reports to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in training strategies and methodologies.
Deliver engaging sessions to diverse learners, including overseas clients.
Train staff to be productive with Sagitec products and tools.

What We re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of experience in professional technical training or software development.

Strong hands-on knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to design and deliver effective technical training sessions.

Experience in developing training content and courseware.

Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Proven ability to train and mentor junior developers and technical teams.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with no-code/low-code platforms.

Exposure to Sagitec s product suite or similar enterprise applications.

Experience with global client training and support.

Knowledge of additional development tools and frameworks.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science (BE CS), MCA, or MCS.

Compensation and Benefits:

Between 7 LPA to 11 LPA
