GTMS Training & Documentation Specialist @ Vistex Asia Pacific

The Vistex Training Documentation Specialist is responsible for defining, developing, and facilitating all aspects of training for the Vistex Go-to-Market Suite (GTMS) solution application. As part of the Training GTMS team, you will develop and conduct training for both internal and client training engagements ensuring they are equipped to use Vistex GTMS software. This position requires a high degree of training material development and presentation skills in both English and Hindi to support our global audiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Define, develop, and organize training materials (presenter decks, participant guides, exercises, job aids, SAP Enable Now Simulations and scripts) utilizing department template and standardization guidelines for GTMS software. Materials will include the business need for the software as well as the technical steps to implement and utilize the system at the customers site.
2. Designs and develops eLearning courses for customers and employees following departments standards and templates for consistent content, aligning with GTMS Bootcamps.
3. Collaborate closely with product specialists, customers, and trainers to develop delta classes and associated documentation.
4. Teach virtual and in-person classes to diverse audiences and skill levels on business processes for implementing and utilizing GTMS software.
5. Utilize department templates and other tools for reusable content for end-user and customer-tailored classes.
6. Effectively manages multiple concurrent projects and deadlines within fast-paced, dynamic environments, utilizing strategic prioritization and adaptive planning to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
7. Proactively manage, report, and troubleshoot issues that occur in the system during course material development and pre-training testing.
8. Handle related duties as assigned.
