Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic to join our recruitment team. will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT roles. This is an excellent opportunity who are passionate about human resources and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with the HR team to fulfill staffing requirements.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
End to End IT Recruitment process

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
Self-motivated and target driven.
