Role & responsibilities

Oracle HCM Technical

Mandatory Skills: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Fusion HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, BIP, SQL, PL/SQL, Fusion HCM (Technical)

6 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Fusion HCM Technical, HCM Extracts and Fusion BIP reports.
Create technical designs, build integrations, and perform unit testing for complex requirements.
Experience in developing OIC integrations from various third party systems to Fusion HCM (preferable).
Experience on developing Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts.
Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills. Leverage SQL and PL/SQL for data transformations and business logic.
Well versed with Agile processes
Excellent communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
